Salvatelli does not only satisfy customers' expectations. Since 2003, Salvatelli has been researching into new solutions related to ortheses to help the pathologies of the diabetic foot during its post surgery and post trauma stages.
In 2004, through the collaboration of international scientific institutes and under the supervision of the orthopedic technicians specialized in biomechanics, Salvatelli inaugurated a leading semi-automatized productive process.
Through the Optima brand, created in 2004, in the headquarters of Civitanova Marche, started the production of preventional footwear and first degree ortheses. These are products that introduce a revolutionary concept of the shoe and which is constantly supported by the scientific research which checks and confirms its validity and effectiveness.
